Method of Use

1. Surface treatment: Roughen the part to be treated, angle grinder grinding or sandblasting, etc.; clean the roughened surface; the surface of the substrate should be dry, free of oil and dust.

2. Preparation: According to the quality ratio of 2:1 will be A, B two components are mixed evenly, and used up within 30min. Generally configured while construction, the maximum amount of a configuration can not exceed 1.5 kilograms, too much gel solidified too quickly, not yet used has been partially solidified and can not be used. According to the actual temperature in winter can be more appropriate allocation, summer appropriate allocation. If the temperature is too low, the A component can be heated properly to reduce the viscosity to facilitate the configuration.

3. Coating: coating thickness is 4-8mm, the thickest can be coated 30mm, should be mixed materials layer by layer coated in the parts to be repaired, the first layer should be compacted, so that it is fully infiltrated with the substrate; coating coated to the size of the surface should be repaired and leveled off, or low viscosity wear-resistant adhesive coated surface. This material can not be machined, attention should be paid to control the thickness of the coating to avoid interference in the assembly.

4. Curing: 25 ℃ curing 24 hours can be put into use, if the temperature is low should be used to heat or extend the curing time to promote curing; general construction in winter can be used tungsten iodine lamps from the coating 40cm distance for irradiation heating.

Transportation and Storage:
