Product Description 

LPT586 hot vulcanizing agent is a kind of adhesive to promote the hot vulcanizing bonding of conveyor belt. It is mainly used for hot vulcanizing bonding of conveyor belts made of canvas, nylon, polyester and steel cord.

● Large initial adhesive force, fast evaporation, can be quickly positioned;.

● Low viscosity, good penetration; and

● Safe and flame retardant.

Usage Method:

Surface treatment: Clean, polish and clean the conveyor belt core or steel wire rope, clean the surface dust with cleaning agent for unvulcanized film and dry it naturally.

Apply hot vulcanizing agent: use brush to apply hot vulcanizing agent directly on the surface of treated adhesive (conveyor belt core, steel wire rope, unvulcanized film, etc.), uniformly apply twice, and after basic drying, fit the unvulcanized film on the joint as required.

 

Precautions:

1) Sealed dry conditions in storage.

2)The construction place must be well ventilated.

3)Avoid contact with skin and eyes as much as possible before curing, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, it should be quickly rinsed with plenty of water and seek medical attention; 4)Keep away from children.
