Product Description.
LPT880 backing filler material is mainly used for filling/supporting between crusher liner and substrate, the gap between crushed stone barrel and jacket, supporting cone and protective layer space, and as buffer material when the equipment is impacted by crushed ore or loaded with vibration; it can also be used for structural reinforcement of wear-resistant liner and cylinder gap of ball mill, and anti-impact vibration.

Use Method
1、Cleaning and preparation
Remove the residual filler on the surface of the cone, as well as oil and dirt in contact with the rubber; assemble the cone and liner; seal the cone/liner mating surfaces and ring holes with adhesive tape.
Seal the cone / liner surface and ring hole to prevent leakage of glue, if necessary, to protect the threads on the shaft; try to use the construction at 5 ℃ -30 ℃.
2、Matching glue
Fix the mixer on the low-speed hand drill, open the LPT880 backing filler material A component, stir for 1 minute, and then pour the B component into the A component barrel while stirring with the electric mixer, the color uniformity can be, the general mixing time is not more than 4 minutes; operating time: from the beginning of the mix to the filling is completed the total time is not more than 15 minutes (20 ℃ data).
3、Pouring
Mixed LPT880 glue, along the cone or liner gap in a place to inject, easy to exhaust, if necessary, can be used to do cofferdams such as rubber mud to guide, until overflow from the top of the gap. Do not inject the glue which is not mixed evenly (different color).
4, curing
Place the curing 12-24 hours, the temperature has a big impact on the curing time, high temperature curing fast, generally 24 hours can be put into use.
Cautions
1.LPT880 backing filler material operating temperature in 5 ℃ -30 ℃, cone surface below 5 ℃ or higher than 30 ℃ as far as possible do not construction.
2. If the temperature is too low, the operation time can be extended, the ambient temperature is lower than 10 ℃ can be LPT880 backing filler material A component heated to 25 ℃ and then stirred to use.
3. If the temperature is too high, the operation time can be reduced, and if it is higher than 25℃, the amount of glue can be reduced to avoid waste.
4. It should be protected from light, water, moisture, placed in a cool, dry place for storage.
Storage period: 10 months
