Product Description:
LPT5000 is a two-component high-temperature adhesive, and ER-55 hardener in accordance with the 10:1 with the use of the main rubber and metal, rubber and fabric, fabric and fabric bonding. It is mainly used for bonding of rubber to metal, rubber to fabric and fabric to fabric, such as bonding of high temperature resistant conveyor belt joints, roller covering and repairing in high temperature operation environment of cement factory, steel, coking and metallurgy industries.

Product Performance
● Peel strength (N/25mm): ≥100 in 30 minutes after bonding, ≥200 in 24 hours after bonding.
● Shear strength (MPa): 30 minutes after bonding ≥ 2.5, 24 hours after bonding ≥ 6.0
● Use temperature range (℃): -35-150
● Flame retardant: self-extinguishing off fire
Method of Use
Sanding: sand the surface of the object to be adhered (rubber, metal, fabric, etc.), and make the surface roughness uniform when sanding.
Cleaning: Use cleaning agent to carefully clean the surface and the residue after treatment, until there is no any dirt.
Drying: dry naturally, or better after heating.
Mixing: Mix the adhesive and hardener well according to the weight ratio of 10:1, and use it up within 2 hours.
Gluing: Gluing should be divided into 2 or 3 times, each coating should be thin and uniform, so that the surface of the object to be adhered to be fully infiltrated by the glue,
After each coating, the glue should be dried until it is not sticky, and then the next coating should be applied.
Bonding: to be the last time the glue is dry to non-stick hands and have a sense of adhesion can be bonded, bonding should be aligned with the center line, the two bonding surfaces at a time aligned with a good fit with a rubber mallet from the middle to the four sides of the knocking solid.
Precautions
a) In the ambient temperature below 15 ℃ or humidity greater than 90% of the conditions must be heated.
b)The glue must not be in contact with water, and the surface of the object to be adhered to must be dry, otherwise it will affect the curing of the glue and bonding strength.
c) Curing should be avoided before contact with skin, eyes, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, should be quickly rinsed with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
d) The construction place must be well ventilated.
e) Keep away from children.
