Hot-melt rubber repair agent technology
1. Turn on the heating switch of the preheating glue gun 20 minutes in advance to preheat to the set temperature. 2. Grinding the broken rubber surface of the conveyor belt with a tungsten steel grinding disc. Pay attention to prevent polishing or scorching during grinding. 3. Cleaning and activation shall be fully mixed according to LPT920 treatment agent A and B, and LPT920 treatment agent shall be evenly coated on the treated rubber surface. Temperature 25 ℃, humidity 60%, air for 10 minutes, when the temperature is low, should extend the drying time or hot air gun dry. (Treatment agent is now prepared and used)
Backing filling material operation process
1. Clean and prepare to remove the residual filler on the cone surface, oil stains and dirt on the parts in contact with the glue; Mount the cone and liner; Seal the cone/liner mating surface and ring hole with adhesive tape to prevent glue leakage and protect the thread on the shaft if necessary; When using, try to construct at 5-30 ℃. 2. Fix the stirrer on the low-speed hand electric drill with glue, and open LPT880 backing filling material component A, stir for 1 minute, then pour component B into component A barrel and stir with an electric stirrer. The color is uniform. Generally, the stirring time is not more than 4 minutes. 3. Pouring the mixed LPT880 glue solution and injecting it along a gap between the cone or lining plate to facilitate exhaust. If necessary, plasticine and the like can be used as cofferdam guide until it overflows from the top of the gap. Do not inject glue that is not evenly mixed (different color).
Cold vulcanization roller coating operation process
Cold vulcanization roller encapsulation is used in conjunction with LPT3000, ER-45, LPT330 and LPT918. Operation process: Grind the roller and rubber plate to clean up the residual rubber and other impurities on the roller, and then use a grinding machine to grind out a rough surface without rust points on the roller; Roughening and roughening the sticky surface of the rubber plate (if there is a semi-vulcanized layer, only need to be cleaned).
Repair Technology of Large Area Damage of Conveyor Belt
Repair with LPT919 high strength repair agent. Grinding and cleaning: clean the worn surface of the conveyor belt, polish the grinding disc with tungsten steel and clean it with LPT360 cleaning agent. Coating primer: brush the rubber primer on the treated wear surface and dry it naturally or by heating. Scraping glue: pour the prepared LPT919 repair agent immediately and evenly onto the treated rubber surface, and quickly scrape the glue with a short brush or scraper.
Wear-resistant coating operation process
1. The surface treatment of the base material shall be roughened to the construction part, clean and dry. 2. According to the mass ratio of LPT228 large particles 3:1,LPT226 small particles 4:1. Accurately mix the and B components evenly and use them up within 30 minutes, that is, use them to cure without glue and cause waste. 3. Scraping wear-resistant coating The mixed material is coated layer by layer on the part to be constructed. After being coated to a suitable thickness, the surface shall be treated smoothly. When scraping, the coating shall be compacted to fully soak with the substrate. The thickness of wear-resistant coating should be 4-8mm, and the maximum thickness can be 30mm. 4, curing 25 ℃ curing 24 hours, can be put into use. When the temperature is low, heat should be applied or the curing time should be extended. After the coating is cured for 24 hours, it can be heated from 60 ℃ to 80 ℃ for 2 hours to obtain better comprehensive performance.
Joint technology for various conveyor belts
All conveyor belts must be connected into a ring to be used in practice, so the joint of the conveyor belt is a very critical preparation link. The quality of the joint directly affects the service life of the conveyor belt and whether the conveyor line can run smoothly.
Surface treatment of glued materials
1) The influence of surface characteristics: 1. Cleanliness: A layer of low cohesive strength and low surface energy pollution layer and oxide film are adsorbed on the metal surface, which will reduce the bonding strength. Generally, when the metal surface is clean, the contact is small or even zero. After the material treatment, the contact changes with time, and it is easy to be polluted by the ambient atmosphere in the air, the contact angle increases, and the contact angle tends to be stable after about 5H. Roughness: The surface of the adhered material is polished with gauze or sandblasted, and the bonding strength can be improved by properly roughening the surface. Precautions for repairing bonding and joint of conveyor belt in summer
In summer, when the conveyor belt joint is bonded, there will be non-stick and falling off after bonding. This is due to the humid weather in summer, especially after rain, the air humidity is high, and a layer of white fog will appear after the glue is applied. This is because the solvent in the adhesive takes away a large amount of heat from the surface of the glue during the volatilization process, causing water vapor in the air to condense on the surface and form white fog. The aqueous interface formed on the surface is incompatible with the oily interface formed by the adhesive, and the chemical effect formed between the two surfaces is very small, resulting in a significant reduction in the bonding strength of the adhesive. In case of this kind of problem, the solution we take is to remove the water on the surface by baking.
