Product Description:
LPT226 is a two-component epoxy abrasion-resistant coating with hard, spherical, small-grained ceramics and quartz as the backbone. It is fast curing at room temperature, easy to handle and non-running on the façade. It is used for repairing or making pre-protective coatings for large area wear of equipment under fine particle impact conditions. Such as metallurgical dust removal system, coal washing and screening system, cement conveying system and other material conveying system elbow, reducer, silo, chute, hopper, vibrating screen wear protection.

Use Method:
1、Surface treatment: the surface to be coated needs to be polished or sandblasted, cleaned with LPT360 cleaner, the cleaned and dried surface should be coated as soon as possible to avoid rusting, oxidizing or polluting again.
2、Preparation：Accurately weigh A and B components according to the quality ratio of 2:1.
3、Mixing: stir and crush in one direction when mixing, so that the stripes of different colors of A and B components disappear completely to the same color, to ensure that the mixing is uniform.
4、Coating: Use a scraper to scrape LPT226 evenly onto the surface to be protected to achieve the required thickness.
Precautions:
1, the prepared glue is used up within 30min, so as not to waste the glue curing.
2、When the material is prepared, weighing should be accurate, mixing should be even, and the glue layer should be compacted when applying.
3、When the temperature is lower than 15 degrees, you can use heating equipment to accelerate the curing after the coating is initially cured.
4、Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature
