Product Description: 

LPT918 is a kind of high strength, high abrasion resistance, fast curing polyurethane repairing agent, which is composed of three components: A (main adhesive), B (curing agent) and C (primer). It is mainly used for fast repair of various conveyor belt surface breakage, sealing at cold vulcanized joints of conveyor belts, and can also be used for cold patching of cables, coating of turbines and repair of various rubber products.

Usage Method:

Grinding: Use tungsten steel grinding disc to rough up the broken places of the conveyor belt and the surrounding rubber surface to prevent rubbing or burning phenomenon when grinding the rubber.

Cleaning and drying: Carefully clean the surface and the residue after treatment with LPT360 cleaner until free of any dirt and dry naturally or with heat.

Apply treatment agent: evenly brush the rubber primer once on the treated rubber surface, and dry it for about 15 minutes at an ambient temperature of 25℃.

Mixing: Dispense the rubber according to the weight ratio of A:B=20:1 and mix it well and quickly within 1 minute, and use it up within the operation period, dispense it as you go.

Coating: Use a short brush or scraper to apply the configured adhesive solution to the treated rubber surface, and control the coating thickness within 2mm.

2)The construction place must be well ventilated.

3)Avoid contact with skin and eyes before curing, if splashing into the eyes accidentally, it should be rinsed quickly with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
