Usage Method:

First, the substrate surface treatment (to be constructed parts of the sanding roughening treatment, and cleaned to dry);.

1, to be constructed parts of the surface with an electric wire brush (or sandblasting) to expose the fresh metal substrate grinding, rust removal standards to Sa2.5 level.

2, with special cleaning agent cleaning or dry rags will be machine surface powder, dust wipe clean, after processing the substrate surface requirements of rough, clean, dry. 

Second, scraping ceramic particles wear-resistant protective coating:   

Before the curing of the primer, accurately weigh the small particles of wear-resistant coating according to the quality ratio of 2:1 and mix well, and then apply the wear-resistant material on the surface of the primer to be constructed parts, and the wear-resistant coating is suitable for 4~8mm.

Third, curing: 

After the wear-resistant coating is completely cured (24 hours at room temperature), it can be put into use.

Precautions

1, each time not more than 2kg of matching glue is appropriate, the matching of the glue in 15min used up, so as not to waste the curing of the glue.

2、When preparing materials, weighing should be accurate, mixing should be even, and the glue layer should be compacted when applying. 

3, the temperature is lower than 15 degrees Celsius, the coating curing slow, curing incomplete, you can use tungsten iodine lamps or electric hot air and other equipment heated to 80 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ heat preservation for 2 hours after the initial curing of the coating.
