Use Method:

1、Surface treatment: clean up the surface of the part to be repaired and expose the substrate body, then rough up the substrate body, the rougher the better, and finally remove the surface floating dust or oil stains with a cleaning agent and leave it to dry;.

2、Brush the primer: Mix the two components of LPT6116 High Strength Wear Resistant Primer A and B evenly according to the ratio of 3:1 and brush them on the surface of treated metal substrate.

3、Preparation of LPT6117 high-strength wear-resistant coating: according to the ratio of 3:1 to take the appropriate amount of A, B two components mixed and stirred evenly. Prepared materials should be used up within the specified operating time limit (that is, before the material starts to become sticky), sticky hardened material can not be used again;.

4、Coating: the mixed material is coated on the primer has not yet cured and compacted, so that it is fully infiltrated with the substrate. Suitable coating thickness is 2 ~ 10mm, each layer can be coated with the thickest 20mm, the required thickness of more than 20mm should be applied layer by layer into the construction, the last layer of the surface should be repaired and leveled. This material can not be machined, should pay attention to control the thickness of the coating, so as to avoid interference in the assembly phenomenon.

5, curing: 25 ℃ curing 24 minutes after the light load can be put into use. When the temperature of construction environment is too low, heating or extending the curing time can be used to complete the curing.

 

Precautions:

1, the product parameters for the laboratory conditions, due to the complexity of the actual working conditions, it is recommended that users do pre-testing based on the actual working conditions.

2, the construction environment temperature decreases, the curing time will be extended, such as the need to speed up the curing speed can take appropriate measures to increase the temperature.

3, when the ambient temperature is higher than 25 ℃ or a one-time mixing amount is too large, the curing speed will be accelerated, to shorten the operation time after mixing appropriately.

Transportation and storage:

Store in a cool and dry place in airtight condition with a shelf life of 1 year. Avoid inverting and bumping during transportation, and transport as non-dangerous goods.
