bonding process
1. Decontaminate and dry the surface of the geomembrane joint.
2. Apply the glue solution to the clean and dry surface to be glued thin and evenly for one or two times. When the glue solution forms a glue film (when the sticky feel is touched by hand), it can be glued, and contact pressure can be applied after gluing.
3. When bonding the adhesive film (cloth), the glue on the cloth surface should be applied in two times. When applying the glue for the first time, the brush should gently and quickly throw the glue on the cloth surface. The glue liquid shall not penetrate into the cloth film, so as not to cause film removal and affect the drying and film forming time of the glue liquid. When the first glue is completely dried to form a film, the second glue is applied until the adhesive film formed on the surface of the adherend is sticky, then it can be bonded.
Precautions
1. The main film adhesive and the attached film adhesive are not allowed to be mixed, and the brush used for gluing cannot be mixed.
2. According to the design requirements of the joint, if the cloth and the film need to be separated, a special film release agent should be selected to separate it, and the film release agent in the separated cloth and film should be volatilized and dried before gluing and bonding.
3. When bonding, the geomembrane of the bonding part should be flat, and each layer should not be excessively tightened to avoid a layer of wrinkling.
