Use
LPT898 wear-resistant composite coating (surface coating), used for mine slurry pump, turbine, flotation tank, distillation tank and other equipment cavitation, corrosion, wear and other defects of the repair and protection. It is a two-component coating consisting of A (main glue) and B (curing agent).

Method of use:
Surface treatment: the metal surface grinding, grinding should make the surface roughness uniform.
Cleaning and drying: use LPT-360 cleaning agent to carefully clean the surface dirt and the residue after treatment, until the washing agent without any dirt, natural drying or heating drying.
Coating primer: mix the LPT898 primer evenly according to the proportion and apply it twice. The first time should be thin and uniform, so that the surface of the adherend is fully infiltrated and infiltrated by the primer, and the thickness of the second primer can be determined according to the requirements. Use it up within 40 minutes and match it with use.
Coating: After the LPT898 primer is cured for 90-120 minutes, mix the LPT898 surface coating according to the weight ratio of A:B = 10:1, stir it fully and quickly within 1 minute, scrape it on the metal surface coated with the primer, and use it up within 5-8 minutes during the operation period.
Curing: at room temperature (25 ℃) material curing time is not less than 24 hours, the longer the time, the better the effect.
Note:
1. Sealed, stored under dry conditions.
2. The construction site must be well ventilated.

Use
LPT898 wear-resistant composite coating (primer) is composed of A and B components. It has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good toughness, water resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be used for metal, concrete, hard plastic and other materials at room temperature and bonding in humid environment. It is mainly used for underwater metal anti-corrosion surface treatment.

Method of use

Precautions
a) When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the AB two components need to be heated.
B) The surface of the adherend shall be as dry as possible, otherwise the curing and bonding strength of the adhesive will be affected.
c) The construction site must be well ventilated.
