Product Description:
LPT228 is a two-component, dark gray paste epoxy abrasion-resistant coating with ultra-hard, spherical, large-grained ceramics and quartz as the backbone material. Fast curing, easy handling, non-running on the elevation and top surfaces. Used for large particle impact conditions to repair equipment wear or make pre-protection coating. Such as chutes, cyclones, slurry pumps, sorters, vibrating screens and so on.

Use Method:
1、Surface treatment: the surface to be coated needs to be polished or sandblasted, cleaned with LPT360 cleaner, the cleaned and dried surface should be coated as soon as possible to avoid rusting, oxidizing or polluting again.
2、Preparation：Accurately weigh A and B components according to the quality ratio of 2:1.
3、Mixing: stir and crush in one direction when mixing, so that the stripes of different colors of A and B components disappear completely to the same color, to ensure that the mixing is uniform.
4、Coating: Use a scraper to scrape LPT228 evenly onto the surface to be protected to achieve the required thickness.
Precautions:
1, the prepared glue is used up within 30min, so as not to waste the glue curing.
2、When the material is prepared, weighing should be accurate, mixing should be even, and the glue layer should be compacted when applying.
3、When the temperature is lower than 15 degrees, you can use heating equipment to accelerate the curing after the coating is initially cured.
4、Store in a cool and dry place at room temperature
