LPT860 high-strength ceramic structural adhesive is a high-strength, low-temperature, impact-resistant structural adhesive, mainly used for metal, ceramics, rubber, wood, plastic and other materials between the mutual adhesion and self-adhesion, especially for wear-resistant ceramic piece of the adhesive, is widely used in magnetic separators, wear-resistant pipe lining, a variety of distillation tanks, and other equipment for wear-resistant protection of the ceramic bonding.

Main Technical Index:

Two-component: A:B=5:1 (weight ratio)

Usage Method:

(1)Surface treatment

The metal surface impurities are cleaned up, and then the surface is polished with a grinder to produce a rough and rust-free surface or sandblasted, and the rubber surface is polished with a grinder to deal with it.

(2)Cleaning

Clean the sanding surface with a brush, then clean the metal surface and rubber and ceramic surface with cleaning agent to ensure that the metal surface is dry, dust-free, grease-free and other dirt.

(3) Scrape glue

The main glue (component A) and curing agent (component B) according to the weight ratio of fully mixed, and in 30min (25 ℃) used up, that is, ready to use, will be matched with a thin and even scraping of the colloid on the metal surface, the thickness of the colloid to control the 1-2mm or so.

(4) Bonding

Align the ceramic sheet or rubber to fit on the metal surface, use a hammer to knock from the center to the surrounding dense.

 

Precautions:

(1) This product is non-flammable, should be placed in a cool, dry place for storage.

(2) The storage period is 18 months.
