Technical performance
The product has strong adhesion, high wear resistance, tear resistance, flame retardant, weather resistance and other characteristics, can meet the room temperature rapid repair, sealing, and the operation process is simple. The wear resistance of the rubber is about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. During the transportation of high-adhesion conveyor belts, the adhesive layer is mainly affected by the adhesion and tensile strength, and the level of adhesion is an important factor to measure the performance of the repair glue. The fast-curing conveyor belt repair glue can be used in a relatively short period of time. Rapid curing to achieve its use strength, thereby shortening the bonding time. Method of use
Use a grinder to burnish the area to be repaired. Clean the parts to be repaired, apply the primer evenly and dry them in the air. Pour component B into component A, stir quickly and evenly for 2 minutes, pour into the area to be repaired coated with primer, and smooth. Wait 2 hours, can be put into use.
Precautions
1. Before using the primer, the white powder in the plastic bag must be poured into the container and stirred quickly until it is completely dissolved.
2. After components A and B are fully stirred, they are required to be used up within 8 minutes.
3. When the temperature is low, the viscosity of the and B components is too large to be easy to operate. The A and B components should be heated to about 30°C before mixing.
4. Under sealed and dry conditions, the storage period is 10 months.
