LPT conveyor belt repair strip is a kind of rubber product with semi-cured layer and wear-resistant rubber compound. It is mainly used for repairing broken conveyor belt and edge wear.

Use Method
1.Determine the specification of repair strip
According to the broken conveyor belt, edge wear, choose the appropriate repair strip.
2.Grinding and cleaning
Roughen the surface of broken conveyor belt with tungsten steel grinding disk.
Use LPT360 cleaner to clean the damaged area of the belt and the CN layer of the repair strip, and let it dry naturally.
3. Apply bonding agent
Paint two coats of LPT3000 adhesive on the bonding surface of the damaged area and the CN layer of the repair strip, and apply the second coat of adhesive after the first coat dries until it is not sticky.
4、Paste the repair strip
When the second adhesive dries to a non-sticky and sticky feeling, paste the repair strip on the repaired surface and compact it with a compaction roller.
Storage period: 12 months (stored in a cool, dry place).
