Product Description
LPT921 rapid rubber repair agent is mainly used for rubber, polyurethane and other elastomer damage repair, all kinds of conveyor belt damage repair, roller packing seal, conveyor belt joint seal and rubber seal. It is a two-component high-strength fast-curing adhesive, consisting of A (main glue) and B (curing agent).

Method of use:
Surface treatment:
(1), with tungsten steel grinding disc rubber damage and the surrounding rubber surface roughening, grinding attention to prevent polishing or scorch phenomenon.
(2), with LPT360 cleaning agent carefully clean the surface dirt and the residue after treatment, until the cleaning agent without any dirt, and natural drying or heating drying.
(3), in the treated rubber surface evenly brush LPT328 rubber treatment agent, natural drying or heating drying.
Glue coating:(1) Put the rubber cylinder into a special glue extrusion gun;(2) Open the front end cap and install the mixing nozzle;(3) Squeeze off a little glue solution to ensure uniform mixing;(4) Squeeze the glue solution to the part to be repaired (a. When smearing and repairing the damaged surface, it should be scraped immediately to avoid being unable to form due to fast curing; B, when used for bonding, should be immediately closed assembly);(5) If it is not used up at one time, the mixing nozzle should be replaced next time.
Note:
1) When the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the viscosity of the glue is too large and it is not easy to extrude. The hose should be heated to about 30 ℃ for standby.
2) This product has a fast reaction speed, and the glue solution must be extruded quickly. The extruded glue solution should be quickly scraped flat within 2 minutes.
3) The construction site must be well ventilated.
Storage period:
12 months (room temperature, sealed, dry conditions).
