Features
This product is composed of a one-component adhesive with a two-component metal treatment agent, with room temperature curing, high bonding strength, good fluidity, easy to paint, fast drying, stable performance, good heat resistance, acid, alkali, salt, water resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, long storage period and other characteristics.

Method of use
1. Treatment: Mix and stir components A and B of the metal surface treatment agent according to 10:1, then evenly brush the metal surface for 1~2 times, and air until slightly sticky for later use;
2, glue: the metal and rubber adhesive directly on the rubber and treated metal surface evenly brush two to three times glue;
3. Drying: After each coating, it should be dried to non-sticky hands and then coated with the next glue. If the ambient temperature is too low, it should be heated and dried (baking with iodine tungsten lamp or infrared lamp);
4. Adhesion: When the glue is dry for the last time until it is non-sticky and has a sense of adhesion, it can be attached and then knocked with a hammer to compact it;
5, curing: after bonding at room temperature curing for 48 hours, you can use the load.
Precautions
1, the product contains organic solvents, low toxicity, flammable, use should pay attention to environmental ventilation and fire prevention.
2. The product shall be matched with the treatment agent. The mixed treatment agent shall be used up within 2 hours and shall not be put for a long time.
3. This product should be stored under sealed and room temperature conditions.
