Method of Use
Surface treatment: clean, polish and clean the belt core or wire rope of the conveyor belt, and clean the surface dust of the unvulcanized film with cleaning agent and dry it naturally.
Apply hot vulcanizing agent: apply the hot vulcanizing agent directly on the surface of the treated adherends (conveyor belt core, steel wire rope, unvulcanized film, etc.) with a brush, and apply it evenly for one to two times. After it is basically dried, the unvulcanized film is attached to the joint as required.
Fit and press: Fit from the middle of the conveyor belt to both sides during fitting, and fully roll to prevent accumulation of bubbles. When pressurizing, pay attention not to make the joint dislocation, uniform pressure.
Heating and vulcanization: gradually heat the compressed joint to 150±5 ℃, keep the temperature for 45 minutes, immediately stop heating, and let it naturally cool to normal temperature.
Trimming: after the joint returns to normal temperature, remove the heating plate and cut off the overflowing residual rubber and the rubber higher than the belt surface to make the surface of the joint flat, smooth and clean.
Note:
Store under sealed and dry conditions.
The construction site must be well ventilated.
This product should be used with hot vulcanizing agent.
Storage Period
The storage period below 20 ℃ is 12 months.
