Use

Method of use
1. Mix and stir the LDJ-281 adhesive with the 480 curing agent evenly, apply it on the surface of the dry joint in three times, and wait for the solvent to volatilize (if the infrared lamp is used for baking, the solvent volatilization can be accelerated) until the adhesive film does not stick to the hand when touched by hand, and can be bonded when it is sticky.
2. When gluing, align the interface, stick it from front to back, and push it back and forth from the middle to the surrounding for 2~3 times with your hand to remove air.
3. After the joint is bonded, let it stand for 20 minutes and cool to room temperature, then the site can be cleaned and the load can be run. If the curing time is extended, the bonding effect is better.
Precautions
1, the product viscosity but good thixotropy, easy to brush, brush cut short is conducive to uniform glue.
2, the product contains organic solvents, low toxicity, use should pay attention to environmental ventilation.
3, the product application supporting the curing agent, the mixed glue should be used up within 2 hours, not long.
4. If the glue is too thick, you can add an appropriate amount of diluent to dilute.
