Product Use
LPT-4000 is a two-component environmentally friendly adhesive, and ER-45 hardener in accordance with the 100:5 with the use of rubber and rubber, rubber and metal, rubber and fabric, fabric and fabric bonding.

Product Performance

Use temperature range(℃): -35-100
Use Method
Sanding: sand the surface of the object to be bonded (rubber, metal, fabric, etc.), and make the surface roughness uniform when sanding.
Cleaning: Use LPT360 cleaning agent to carefully clean the surface and the residue after treatment until there is no any dirt.
Drying: dry naturally, or better after heating and drying.
Mixing: Mix the adhesive and hardener well according to the weight ratio of 100:5, and use it up within 2 hours, mix it as you go.
Gluing: Gluing should be divided into 2 or 3 times, each coating should be thin and uniform, so that the surface of the object to be adhered to be fully infiltrated by the glue, infiltration, each coating of glue should be dried to non-stick hands, and then coated with the next glue.
Bonding: to be the last time the glue is dry to non-stick hands and have a sense of adhesion can be bonded, bonding should be aligned with the center line, the two bonding surfaces at a time aligned with a good fit with a rubber mallet from the middle to the four sides of the hammer to knock the dense.
Precautions
a) In the ambient temperature below 15 ℃ or humidity greater than 90% of the conditions must be heated.
b)The glue must not be in contact with water, and the surface of the object to be adhered to must be dry, otherwise it will affect the curing of the glue and bonding strength.
c)Avoid contact with skin and eyes as much as possible before curing, if accidentally splashed into the eyes, it should be quickly rinsed with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
d) This product is flammable, please store and transport according to flammable products, and do not meet open flame.
e)The construction place must be well ventilated.
f) Keep away from children.
