Cold vulcanized roller coating
It is used by LPT3000, ER-45, LPT330 and LPT918.
Operation process:
Grinding roller and rubber plate
Clean up the residual rubber and other impurities on the roller, and then grind the rough surface without rust points on the roller with a grinding machine. The rubber plate is roughened on the sticky surface (if there is a semi-vulcanized layer, only need to be cleaned).
· Clean the surface
Clean the polished surface with a brush, and then clean it with a cleaning agent to ensure that there is no residue on the surface of the roller and rubber plate. If there is water on the surface of the drum, it should be allowed to dry.
· Apply adhesive
First, apply LPT330 metal treatment agent thin and evenly on the polished surface of the roller, wait until it is completely dry, then stir the LPT3000 and ER-45 evenly, and apply the first glue on the roller and rubber plate forcefully and evenly. When it is dry to sticky and non-sticky, apply the second glue again.
· Paste the rubber plate
When the glue is slightly sticky but not attached to the back of the finger, the rubber plate can be pasted, and the rubber plate is rolled with a compaction roller, and the rubber plate is beaten firmly with a rubber hammer to ensure that there is no bubble inside, and the edge is polished and repaired.
· Joint treatment and finishing
Treat joints with LPT918. Grind the joint of the rubber plate and brush the rubber primer. After drying for a few minutes, mix the main rubber and curing agent according to the proportion, pour it into the joint quickly and scrape it flat, and polish the edge for repair.
