Use
The LDJ-245 adhesive is used for bonding metal to rubber, fabric, etc., and normal temperature bonding of the conveyor belt head (tail) wheel liner.
 
Features
It has the characteristics of water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, strong adhesion, long viscosity retention time, and simple operation process.
Main technical indicators
Adhesion (48 hours N/2.5cm): ≥ 50 (metal and rubber)
Shelf life: 18 months (in a cool and dry place)
 
Method of use
Remove the rust on the surface of the metal head (tail) wheel, wash it with a cleaning agent, apply 450 curing agent and let it stand for half an hour, or bake with an infrared lamp until it is completely dry and hard curing. Roughening the sticky surface of rubber or old leather, or peeling off the thin protective layer of the belt. Mix 90% of the 245 with 10% of the 450, stir the mixed glue solution evenly and brush it with a glue amount of 1kg/m2. Apply the mixed glue solution twice on both sides of the adherend respectively. When the hand is not sticky for the first time, apply the glue for the second time. When the hand is not sticky, it can be bonded, and then use a hand hammer to knock back and forth for 2~3 times. When bonding at the construction site, the adherend can also be divided into blocks for bonding.

Precautions
1, the adhesive contains organic solvents, low toxicity, flammable, storage and use, should pay attention to anti-virus, fire.
2. If the glue becomes thick, you can add an appropriate amount of diluent to dilute.
3, glue do not contact with water, the surface of the adherend must be dry, otherwise it will affect the curing effect and bonding strength.
