This product is mainly used for conveyor belt joint bonding, room temperature, normal pressure curing, bonding area is only 1/2 of other methods, 20 minutes after bonding can be put into use, can be used in -5~80 ℃ environmental conditions.

Main Uses and Benefits
1. For canvas, nylon and other materials layer core conveyor belt joint bonding.
2, room temperature curing speed, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good flexibility.
3. The operation process is simple and the cost is low.

Method of use
1. Mix and stir the LDJ-243 adhesive with the 450 curing agent evenly, apply it on the surface of the dry joint in three times, and wait for the solvent to volatilize (if the infrared lamp is used for baking, the solvent volatilization can be accelerated) until the adhesive film does not stick to the hand when touched by hand, and can be bonded when it is sticky.
2. When gluing, align the interface, stick it from front to back, and push it back and forth from the middle to the surrounding for 2~3 times with your hand to remove air.
3. When the joint is bonded, let it stand for 20 minutes and cool to room temperature, then the site can be cleaned and the load can be run. If the curing time is extended, the bonding effect is better.
 
Precautions
1, the adhesive contains organic solvents, low toxicity, flammable, storage and use, should pay attention to anti-virus, fire.
2. If the glue becomes thick, you can add an appropriate amount of diluent to dilute.
3, glue do not contact with water, the surface of the adherend must be dry, otherwise it will affect the curing effect and bonding strength.
