Vulcanization Process of (I) Layer Core Conveyor Belt
1. Surface treatment: make the conveyor belt joint into an oblique stepped cover joint according to the lap length of 1/2 of the bandwidth, then fluff the surface of the joint, and clean, decontaminate and dry with cleaning agent.
2. Mastic coating: evenly coat the surface of the joint and the vulcanized film with the vulcanized rubber paste for one or two times. After the solution volatilizes until the rubber surface is basically dry, the vulcanized film is pasted on the surface of the joint coated with the vulcanized rubber paste, and a buffer rubber strip is pasted at the gap of the same cloth layer (note that if the glue is not applied thoroughly, bubbles will be generated, resulting in reduced bonding performance).
3. Laying and pressurizing: after the glue solvent volatilizes until the glue surface is basically dry, the two ends are bonded. When fitting, fit from the middle of the conveyor belt to both sides (to facilitate air to escape from both sides), and make the loosening degree of both sides of the film consistent, align the steps of each joint, and align the center line. After bonding, fully rolling, to prevent the accumulation of bubbles, the two heating plates in the joint, under the compression to apply a certain pressure. When pressurizing, pay attention not to make the joint dislocation, the pressure should be uniform.
4. Heating and vulcanization: install the vulcanization device. Heat up and pressurize. When the heating plate is heated for 15-25 minutes, press it once to ensure that the joint is under sufficient pressure. When the temperature reaches 80 ℃, the required pressure reaches 1.0-2.0MPa, then the pressurization is stopped and the heating is continued. When the temperature rises to 145 ℃, the timing will be started. The constant temperature will be between 145 ℃ and 150 ℃. After 45 nail minutes, the heating will be stopped immediately and the temperature will be naturally cooled to normal temperature.
5. Trim. After the joint returns to normal temperature, remove the heating plate, and cut off the spilled residual rubber and the rubber higher than the belt surface to make the joint surface flat, smooth and clean,
Vulcanization Process of (II) Steel Wire Rope Core Conveyor Belt

1. Scribing and sectioning. 2. Remove the limbs between the ropes and brush the combined glue: strip out the steel wire rope buried in the belt body, remove the glue between the ropes, polish and clean it. Then apply vulcanized mucilage twice on the joint wire rope and vulcanized film, and only after the glue surface is basically dry can the next limb paste be applied each time.
3. Fitting: After the vulcanized slurry is dried, align the conveyor belt joints according to the drawn center line; The type of good, aligned and rejected joints requires that the steel wire rope should be arranged for whole production, and the steel wire rope should be covered with the chopped limb pieces and compacted. At this time, attention should be paid to eliminating gas danger,
4. Vulcanization: Place the connected conveyor belt joint on the mobile vulcanizer for heating and pressurizing vulcanization. When the heating plate is heated for 15-25 minutes, press it once to ensure
The joint is under sufficient pressure. When the temperature reaches 80 ℃, the required pressure reaches 2MPa, then stop pressurizing and continue heating. When the temperature rises to 145 ℃, start timing. The constant temperature is between 145 ℃ and 150 ℃. After 45 minutes, immediately stop heating and let it cool naturally,
5. Trim. When the temperature of the vulcanized plate drops below 60 ℃, dismantle the vulcanizer, remove the rubber overflow and burrs at the joint of the conveyor belt, and trim it flat and smooth.
